The beach is nick-named Riviera of Southern Ostrobothnia. It is very popular place for sunbathing and swimming. The beach is one of the best places in the province enjoy of hot summer days. The beach is long and has fine sand. Low-shore waters makes it ideal for families. The area has also a cozy summer café summer house.
